Royal Mail First Class (UK Mainland)

Low weight items to UK mainland are sent via Standard Delivery service which usually takes 1-3 working days for delivery. This is the default service that comes up on each product at checkout.

Price of this service depends upon the value and weight of each item and differs for different products. Next day service is also available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing the order for next day service. 

 

An-Post, DHL or Royal mail International (Europe, North America and Rest of the World) 

We deliver to the following EU countries - Germany, Republic of Ireland, France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Greece and Spain. Delivery times may slightly vary but it usually takes between 2-4 working days.

 

We also ship to Australia, Middle-East, North America, Canada, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Mexico and most of the other countries in the world. Delivery time varies across countries but usually it takes around 4-7 working days for products to be delivered.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
